India pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah shared an emotional T20 World Cup celebrations video with Virat Kohli’s voiceover from the Mumbai bus parade and Wankhede Stadium felicitation ceremony.

Star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah shared an emotional video capturing some of his favorite moments from India’s T20 World Cup victory celebrations in Mumbai. The video highlights Team India’s bus parade in Mumbai, which commenced on Marine Drive and culminated at the iconic Wankhede Stadium, where the felicitation ceremony took place.

Thousands of ecstatic fans filled the streets of Marine Drive, and the atmosphere inside the jam-packed Wankhede Stadium was electric as the Men in Blue were greeted by a sea of supporters. The video posted by Bumrah features him proudly hoisting the coveted trophy during a victory lap, eliciting thunderous applause from the Wankhede crowd. Expressing his gratitude, Bumrah captioned the video, “I am so thankful for the last few days. I have been living a dream and it has filled me with happiness and gratitude.”

Adding a special touch to the video, Virat Kohli’s voiceover can be heard, in which he endearingly refers to Bumrah as a national treasure. During the felicitation ceremony, Kohli was asked if he would sign a petition to officially declare  and the eighth wonder of the world. The former Indian captain and player of the match in the T20 World Cup final promptly responded, “I’ll sign the petition now.”

Kohli’s admiration for Bumrah was evident as he lavished praise on India’s standout performer of the tournament. Bumrah, who claimed an impressive 15 wickets, played a pivotal role in securing India’s first ICC tournament win in 11 years. “Let him decide what he wants to do with his schedule. We want him to play as long as possible. He’s a once-in-a-generation bowler, and we’re so glad he plays for us,”  given you moments of joy that you, your family and friends will cherish with us for a lifetime.
